@Gordon - good grief :/ I've got one remote control where the volume button changes the channel on the tv upstairs... but that's a minor irritation. So does the manufacturer offer a solution?

Well, I never found anything else online about my weird problem, so in the meantime, I've taped over the remote sensor on the clock. We'll see how that goes. :~)

The same manufacturer offers a cool illuminated keyboard I was thinking about getting for my mom, but I'm a little afraid to get it now because I don't want her tv remote to cause it to randomly type bizarre stuff. :~O

My day is going very well Annie, a couple of mates just left here after an extended LLB. ;-)

Sounds like you got a puzzle instead of a clock there Gordon. :-O

Time for another refill.

Cheers.

We're all working the big jigsaw puzzle of life, and there will always be a few missing pieces.

Neat APOD. Wiggo, this is right up your Australian alley. :~)

A nice pic there Gordon and that's about 4000kms west of here. We get plenty of single and double rainbows here (a few less lately would be nice though so the ground here can dry out a bit).

Cheers.

Nice pic! :) I came across one today in a newspaper. Thought I'd put it aside but can't find it now... was a very pretty aurora shot. Suppose it could be under a cat...

Just yawned... what could it mean?

If I saw that while in the helicopter I would have thought it was some sort of time portal, and tried to fly through it!

Heh heh heh heh heh :))) good - nothing serious then :)

Y-e-e-s :) I sometimes worry I'm going to dislocate my jaw and have to go to casualty looking like a walking butterfly net... anyway... just popped off to have a look at some... hyenas, not butterfly nets, and it was bit difficult to be sure whether they were laughing, yawning or just gaping :)
