G'day Grant, I hope that you 2 are feeling much better. ;-)

Almost time to start boiling water and sterilising those bottles.

Cheers.

G'day TL and I hope that you enjoy your Jager time.

It maybe 30mins early. but I'm having my 1st beer while waiting for me and the bottles to cool off before going back into the brewroom.

Cheers.

I take it she's had a few alcoholic beverages before doing that. :-D

Anyhow I'm just having another quick beer & ciggy break before finishing off in the brewroom.

Cheers.

Possibly :) or just enjoying one of her typical strolls... I know I can trip over fresh air and go for a prolonged landing approach without any help at all from alcohol so she may be similarly blessed :)

Have fun :) I'm probably going to toddle off to bed now for a few hours, so night night all :)

I've just toddled on into my bed, er... comfy 3rd shift chair. Was hoping a chocolate milkshake would materialize and levitate in front of me, but so far that hasn't happened.

A middle ear problem Annie?

I would be having fun now if people will stop interrupting me (I should've finished doing this bottling an hour ago now), but I'll time you Annie this time to see how long you last trying to do that. :-D

Because of our normally warm weather here and my taste preferences I brew Lager Grant. ;-)

Oh well I better finish off in the brewroom before anymore interruptions come along.

Cheers.

ugh... must have flooded my brain with oxygen last yawn... How long was that?

*slop* Will this do Gordon? :) Bit on the messy side I know :/

going to try again - not with the milkshake - afraid you're stuck with that one :) but the sleep thing.

maybe I should slope off instead of toddling... will give it a go anyway :)

Well Annie's had a power nap (so far) and I've finally finished in the brewroom for the day, I rinsed the fermenter out though it can wait until morning for its scrub, so time now to just sit back and relax with a beer or 2.

Cheers.

When I first started brewing Grant I tried a lot of different types of beers.

I found the paler ales, pilseners & draughts to be watery and bland without adding extras to improve them.

Brown ales of any type I've found just sit to heavy in my stomach and that puts stouts well off limits for me.

Personally I found the lagers suit me very well, both in taste and body, but then other people do have different tastes to me.

Good luck with any style that you do choose to go with when you get around to getting that kit working buddy. ;-)

Anyhow, time now for a couple of rum'n'cokes.

Cheers.

Hi Julie, how much longer do you have to go with these "fictitious" Beer O'clocks?

Cheers.
