I had yummy pancakes, better than gruel of course, but that's My opinion only.

No breakfast... late lunch instead. Crumpets. Shared them with my monitor thanks to Janneseti :)))

Oh boy! How did I miss this thread?

I love crumpets, the juicer the better, but I've found I can't use my favourite butter anymore :-(

When driving I have a full "trucker's breakfast" but I won't describe it as many here are in the Lose Weight thread :-)

When not driving, I more than likely have toasted cheese sandwiches & tea.

I ate a doughnut. Forgive me Monday, for I have sinned.

It's only a sin if you eat a whole box of 12 doughnuts.
It takes incredible self control to eat just one, good for you girl.

Especially if they are Mini Donuts, I pass Donuts at the store all the time, once in a long while I might buy some...

Entenmann's brand at the grocery are good. Their pumpkin donuts are awesome!

I used to work at their bakery in Southern California, as security, so yes, I know.

I've just had a warm ham and cheese roll from the local gas station. The girl who works there makes beautiful jewelry! Bought 2 bracelets already from her (for Wingdi)

Powdered whole eggs with 2 sausage, plus salt & pepper, with a pot of decaf coffee, after I wash the dishes... Plus I need to make some filtered water for the eggs and coffee.

Entenmann's are okay. My weakness is gas station donuts. I'm out driving somewhere and I stop at a gas station to use the euphemism (and maybe even put gas in my car), and they have a case of allegedly fresh donuts, and...... <smacks own hand> Stop it, David, just stop it!

For breakfast - two slices of toasted raisin bread - no butter, a small apple and black tea. For lunch, tofu and vegie stir fry, a small scoop of brown rice and green tea. So far so good I thought, until I encountered that gelato shop...

Just some bread with Nutella, we're having an extensive picnic later on.
