Out cat is indoor/outdoor. She is also toilet trained and she only is allowed outdoors after doing #2, so she doesn't poop into our neighbors gardens. Would that fit your definition of "doing their job?"

I'm quite aware A Neighbor can be Doing All they can, including Feeding To Excess their own Kitties and an Indoor/Outdoor will Still Seek Out Food I Put Out for Ferals.

I'm referring to A Neighbor who might think, 'I'll not feed or feed less my kitty, and Let the Old Man Down The Street pay for 'it'.

We have a neighbours cat that come to eat our cats food. Wouldn't mind so much if he had been 'done' but he keeps trying to 'force himself on Pauli
(the red collar is also a dead giveaway with the one visiting us )
He's also black with white paws but short hair. that cat looks way too good condition to be feral

Grace shuts up when She gets what She wants, usually that's food, fresh food that is, I've got some dry food that I'm going to flush down the drain, since it's too old now, so I won't be buying a big bag ever again...

She does have a small bag that is fresh and a 2nd small bag that is still vacuum sealed, so no worries.
