Once again, I'm back, still not frozen, not yet at any rate, the low today was 46°F/8°C and the current temp outside is 51°F /11°C, currently it's a warm 72F/22C inside. 82°F/28°C is the predicted high for Yermo, I'll have to open a window or two and power up the vent today.

...rain

We would gladly export some to those of you living in locations that are suffering serious droughts, but the rehydration of dehydrated water on a large scale is particularly fraught with problems due to limitations in the technology...

I thought of getting a water butt and using a really really really long hose pipe but the total price was astronomical.

All the newsies are screaming about the early polar vortex coming next week, but when they get down to it, they're only talking about low to mid-30s. Sure it's cold for November, but we'd all have been delighted to have these temps last January, which is when they're normal for.

Not if it means leaving California...

You at least have a working heater, I still don't.

Yeah, My best source of heat, outside of the gas oven is this cranky PC, that at the slightest jarring, will lose power, the PC just shuts off, next month I can or should be able to fix the PC at least.

My outside temps are about the same as Vics. Last year, I didn't need any heater until about Thanksgiving, looks like it will be about the same this year.

A chilly 8°C start to the week with a little rain. The sun is trying its hardest to make an appearance but I don't think it'll be successful.
