Lovely Jubbly or in the words of the biggest tax evader in Europe "Lovely Bubbly" Juncker's creditibility shaken A superb comment... "When Junket Juncker was being elected as Commission President, the UK resisted his appointment. Most of the rest of the EU weaklings gave in, including Germany, for the sake of 'unity'. How many times has the UK got to put forward decent proposals and suggestions for reform before the rest of the EU weaklings take them seriously?" |

Makes one wonder how Brussels managed to become the Captial of the European Union! Perhaps because Brussels managed to become the Captial of the European Union long before Al-Quaida and Daesh existed? |

Makes one wonder how Brussels managed to become the Captial of the European Union! No,but maybe this has a lot to do with it... "Clearly, the Belgian intelligence services are not at the same level as many of their European counterparts. This is a consequence of a chronic lack of political interest. Belgium has never had a strong intelligence culture, as it partly relied on safety support from its neighbours, particularly France. State security has less means and fewer personnel than in most other countries." |

The rupture that killed the EU... Dutch PM proposes "Mini-Schengen" amid calls for "Fortress Europe" "For instance, asked about his priorities for Sunday’s summit, Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte was crystal clear. He wanted the “completely porous†border between Turkey and Greece closed without delay and he was uncharacteristically combative about it. “I want it shut. I don’t care how this happens, whether it is through pressure from Europe or through other agreements, just as long as it happens.â€" ...so Turkey won't be joining the Eurozone then. It looks like 2015 is going to be Merkel's swansong. |

Makes one wonder how Brussels managed to become the Captial of the European Union! Don't know how Belgium got to be the capital of the EU... Perhaps Douglas Adams saw the future prior to writing his novel series "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". Rude Words http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/hitchhikers/guide/belgium.shtml <grin> Belgium! |

Cracks getting wider Hehehe:) That would likely make many more Danes voting no. Danish comments why the Danes are voting no. - It is rooted in distrust of our politicians. Whether they really want Denmark's best or only their own. It seems that they doesn't have the majority with you, stop up and look you back and see what it is that the Danes will. It has our dear politicians forgotten in their intoxication for power in the big abroad. |

Changing your tune Frau Merkel? The UK has been asking for this for some time, but you & Brussels have been pooh poohing it for just as long! How does it feel with the shoe on the other foot? Comfortable is it? |

Is this guy for real? Your fuehrer created this crisis Wolfgang, so it's only right you sort it out & not the rest of the EU having to pay for it! |

Is this guy for real? If the EU implements this and gets away with it they will see no reason why they should not carry on and implement a tax levey on other every day items. If Brussels gets away with this then I reckon the flood gates could easily open and we start to get hammered with a double taxation system on nearly everything we purchase. Brussels will come up with every excuse as to why they need to but will not state the real truth..."more money needed to shore up our burgeoning inefficient, debt laden, crisis ridden hotchpotch of a supposed common market" The Kite Fliers -------------------- Kite fliers: An imaginary club of solo members, those who don't yet belong to a formal team so "fly their own kites" - as the saying goes. |

Yeah, it's a shame i'm not allowed to drive for 6 months as I'm pretty certain if this is implemented, there will be some lovely blockades from the transport industry. There are many who think that we could do without transport, funny thing is though that they travel via trains when they need to & by air also. I'm just waiting for the day when they will be satisfied by clicking online & they're there just like that "Tommy Cooper style" :-) The PM has got great initials DC, aren't they comic book publishers? Because he surely has to be comical if he thinks like others that the electorate are as dumb as they think! |

Is this guy for real? Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ireland, Croatia, Romania and the UK are not in the Schengen agreement. Why should these countries pay for Schengen protection? Anyway. The Schengen agreement is already dead. Even in the Nordic countries where we used to travel between each other without rigorous border controls for centuries has now became closed borders! The dialog with the border officers used to be: "Are you swedish?" "Yes" "Pass" |

Permit the EU to apply their own tax levy to our fuel and tomorrow they will feel free to apply levies to other comodities too.
