Well my 1 can less a day regime is going exceedingly well, I have hardly noticed the reduction at all, but I must be better off health wise somehow. Heard an interesting comment about this weekly 21 unit recommendation the other day. Someone said it's like this proposal to up the speed limit from 70mph to 80mph. If they did that, everyone would do 90mph instead of the 80mph they do now. Its the same with alcohol, 30 units is more realistic, but if they said that everyone would drink 40!
