Has anyone located Grant yet?

Cheers.

I just spotted Grant over in Number Crunching, under the ' Your thoughts on the upcoming Haswell E CPUs' thread.

Whatever happened to Brad (Slavac)?

He burned so bright and then suddenly fell off the face of the earth...

Sure hope he's OK.

I'm missing catching up (during the day) on the two of you chatting too Gordon :( AND whiling away a few hours of insomnia with you both during my night :(

I DO hope he is okay.

:( With just those few words of yours, I feel deprived of not having had the chance to get to meet him on the boards Alex :(

I'm missing quite a few people - but some I know don't post every day - so I won't worry about them... yet...

Think I'm now realising there's a very real down side to SETI... friends going missing and perhaps never knowing why... :{ I might be a teeny bit missing this week - but only because I'll be really busy... :/

I have some skill in finding people (to benefit them) so I decided to see what I could dig up on Brad/Bradley/Bradford Slavac. I came up with nothing in public records so it's possible we don't have his correct name, he covers his personal life well or a black hole ate him. His last post was Jan 6,2013 and his computers went down July 27,2013. If somebody who knows him wants to PM him incase his email notification is on, his account is here. Now I do admit that I was gone for 600 days but my system was active and I did check for PMs every few months but in that time I didn't read the forms or post.

Is he the guy that started the gPU users group?

He was the fellow who was organising the fund raises on their behalf. ;-)

Cheers.

During the fund raisers for the new servers, I'm pretty sure that Brad went missing for a short while & on his return, stated that he had a medical issue & was under the weather.

Surely, the GPU users group could find out if he is okay & still with us?

Now that's the kind of inquiry I intended this thread for.

Also the preferred outcome.
