Just a couple months away from 15 years....
Started with a Pentium 233, would do a WU, if I remember right, in just over 3 hours.
Now I imagine, it would take days, if not a week...LOL

oh my, how times have changed.....

It's nice to finally see a 15 year thread. There was one that was started a couple of months ago but it disappeared shortly after being started. I hope that this one sticks around. There are a lot of us (I think) that would like to post to a dedicated thread such as this one. For participants that have an anniversary for fewer years, there are several threads available way, way down the board somewhere.

Greetings. It will be another 2 months and days, but I'm glad that this project has continued so far. Just recently updated my client and have added a CUDA based one... This will keep growing nicely!

I'm not quite there, (at 15 yr. mark), yet; however, I'm crunching as hard as I can. Been crunching on and off since 2006. I started with five old machines back in 2006. (Three K6-2 350's, a Pentium III 600, and an original Athlon at 1 GHz.)

I'm having fun; and I learn much from all of you. I can't wait to hit my 15 Yr. mark. 2021 will be the year; I hope we're all still here crunching away when I get there. :-)

In 6 days I shall join you at my 15 year Seti anniversary.
OMG....
To think that I was just 42yo when I started crunching for this project.
And all that has come since.

And that was years before I even had or knew kitties...........and became the kittyman.

My oh my.

Meow.

The kitties have lots of chasers....but, they love to run.
There have been a few who have crunched more than I have.
But nobody with 9 computers out of their own home.

I'll have to give it up some day.
When they pry me keyboard out of me cold dead fingers....LOL.
