All great guesses. Maybe the tool is a bit too obscure or not mainstream enough. If I give hints, above what I have done, I would be telling you what it is. My first time posting a picture, maybe I made it a bit toooooo obscure. Dave |

Okay so one end looks a bit like a crochet hook (or a disgorger :/ my other half has one of those to unmaim the fish he used to catch grr :)) and the other end looks a bit like one of those thingies used in rug making (I think - been awhile - but only if it's pronged/forked) but none of those seem likely tools to be used in the US Navy Basic Electricity & Electronics School - so no idea! :) Um... something to do with soldering? |

This one looks more like a dental tool than that fiercely torturous tooth extractor, but my guess here is this one is a spark plug gap measuring tool. The mind is a weird and mysterious place

Well here goes. This came right out of my tool pouch. What is it, not sure it really has a name. Better yet, what is it used for. Dave |

It is a device sold in the U.S., and it is a food prep tool of some sort. The mind is a weird and mysterious place

Looking at the signs, it is electrically powered, it chops or grinds something, and it is intended for sale in Canada (and maybe the US as well). Food prep of some kind?

I give Monday points for creativity, and Bill points for what I would have said, myself, but no to both. The mind is a weird and mysterious place

Ok, I took a picture of something, but I need to edit it at home to cover up some instructions/names. I'll post it here in about 12 hours, 1 pm EST, Thursday. The mind is a weird and mysterious place
