It seems that we have a problem in the tool guessing game. I suspect people are not playing because they don't what to win and run the next stage of the game.

May I suggest a slight change to the rules, so that a winner, if they do not run the next stage declines and the game is open to any one who wants to play.

Sounds good to me, but with a simple mechanism to make sure we don't end up with multiples running at once. I guess once the winner is declared and has declined, people should post their desire to go next and then wait a few minutes to make sure they were indeed the first to volunteer.

Does everyone agree with this? If not let me know, and I will post something. I think it is just to keep thing moving.

Does everyone playing with this, to keep the game moving, as it has stalled several times recently?
