I'm almost afraid to ask, but...
Is it for bending metal, like square tubing or electrical conduit?

Last time I played this game, I won, then would up off-line for almost a week....

No it is not for bending metal.

To give an idea of size the head is 1/2" square x 1 3/4" long.

Mmmm, no one seems to be playing, I thought this would be an easy one.

Clue - you would generally find this in a machine workshop.

Nothing to do with table legs.

Also nothing to do with socket sets.

For use on a lathe? - generally I would say no, but it could be used on certain attachment for a hobby lathe.

Further clue - the dimples on the head are made from a girl's best friend.

Ooh, a loofah? :) Her dog! Chocolate. Those things for smoothing hard skin. Softening leather in a strange way perhaps?

I have long been told that Diamonds are a girl's best friend.
Which suggests this tool is for cutting or polishing something very hard....

I suppose you could use on your skin, but its not what it was designed for. Nothing to do with leather.

Yes they are diamonds (well diamond dust) and yes it used against some hard, but what ?

Medical or dental instrument?

No, as I said before it is used in a workshop and on another tool.

To hit the kneecaps?

No, see above.
