Oh dear, David. Any updates on dear Baby?

I increased the amount of food I'm giving him by 20% (one extra can of Fancy Feast). There was nothing on the floor when I got home yesterday.

When I took the garbage out this morning, he tried to escape again, but I got him before he went anywhere. If there's anything when I get home a few minutes from now, I guess I'll take him to the vet.

Just checked my old personal web site (via the Wayback Machine). Baby is about 14 now.

Thanks Lynn, I wanted to say that, but there is something bothering Me on another subject that is bothering Me, that may amount to nothing, I'll know more on Monday, maybe or Tuesday for sure, but right now I'd rather not say more.

Update on Dog, he goes through more water than me, with 14 teeth gone he makes a royal mess on the floor. So I put his water bowl out side...Worked:))

Right... that's it... fed up of my kitchen turning into a paddling pool...

I thought I'd solved the problem of my demented felines' knocking over their water bowls (to paddle and play and slip and run in the resulting MESS) by switching to a MASSIVE, deep, heavy, allegedly untippable bowl that an ELEPHANT keeper would be proud of!!!

Short of dropping lead in it (obviously a no-no) or cementing it to the floor... would a couple of bricks dropped in it do, do you think, or are they likely to leach something nasty into the water...?

Good luck with that! After our cat had to have part of her leg amputated due to cancer she was a nightmare - talk about a gazelle on steroids :/

She slept like a rock last night. I opened her Xpen, pottied her and she voluntarily went right back into the Xpen. She's being VERY good.
