I thought you always had hash browns with it.

I do; however, I didn't want the Koalas to skip it by accident if I didn't mention them - so I did. ;-)

Message 1470420 - Posted: 29 Jan 2014, 19:43:19 UTC - in response to Message 1470377.

Good morning everyone! :-)

Today, I will have my usual omelette; however, I would like 5 pieces of bacon, 3 sausage links, a side of hash browns, and two large V8's, please. :-)

I thought you always had hash browns with it.

I did have the spinach, Stouffer's frozen spinach soufflé. Half of it.

Lunch today was actually yesterday's menu. I had the half 3-cheese Panini (which turned out to have pepper jack in it -- yuck) and squash soup, which is actually pretty good.

To spinach or not to spinach, such is the conundrum.

Whole-leaf spinach in a salad, or baked in a quiche or lasagna - yes!
A local diner does a vegetable lasagns with zucchini and yellow squash, onions, spinach, and eggplant, covered in a white Alfredo sauce. Only gripe is the portions are small (for me).
