With German Senf and a side of Pommes Frites with Mayo. If there's a particular brand you're fond of, try search for their webpage, they may have a locator where you can find them in your area. In my area we have several local meat markets that make their own brats and other sausage flavours. And Usinger's in Milwaukee sells through their website, although you have to use 2-day shipping during the warmer months. Now I'm hungry.
