Speaking of appearances. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dg1g4Y2BKXs&list=RDWE89BjSg8S8 Guess some people are just stupid, while some others happens to be a little more clever. The rest of it meant for your entertainment (or entertainment purposes only). |

Do what you are supposed to to be doing. Start thinking. Or perhaps just using half our your brain capacity instead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ng0unR0c57I&list=RDWE89BjSg8S8 Learn me how to spell, please. |

Oh, guess I am out in the field once more or again (volunteer tester of sorts). By the way, is it supposed to to look (or hear) like Ludvig van Beethoven? I leave it for you to decide. |

Enough? Time to mod (or self-mod) yourself. Stupidity supposedly killed a cat. Why not follow in its footsteps? |

If her name happened to be Kate Bush. Kiss me, which is anoher story around. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ot3cVY1JESQ&list=RDBW3gKKiTvjs Climbing up the hill, or what the heck else. Reminds me of Madonna. She is supposed to be "offering" services. Again, the question of selling and bying. If I ain't able to spell, the price is supposedly "set" quite high. Same goes with "she", of course. Not a question about the market, but rather a question about availability. Not that difficult (exept keying) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0eoAkbXH7Y&list=RDBW3gKKiTvjs Where does the fan mail letter go (except from here)? |

Or maybe it is Sinéad O'Connor - Nothing Compares 2U https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUiTQvT0W_0&list=RDBW3gKKiTvjs Quite a way from the best gaussian socre (obtained in sauna). 0r, ahould I rather say an intelligent signal instead. |

I apparently lost my Internet connection for about half an hour a little earlier on. Here is a web-page I came across, http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread567583/pg1 Which makes me think about the following: The World Wide Web is not supposed to be a clean place. Maybe you are able to get rid of computer viruses and most other nuisances as well, but there should be no secret that the web is also a place which possibly may be full of lies and untold stories. If not untold, then better to say unfinished stories instead. Where are you supposed to go in order to get the full and complete picture of a particular or specific story? One possibility or solution is to use the Wikipedia, which is a web-based dictionary which is hampered by a shortage of both staff as well as money. Except for that, there is not really not much to complain about the Wikipedia. Rather it has become an invaluable source for computer users. Its contents are steadily being increased in volume and each article becomes more detailed and to the point over time as well when it comes to exactness. The question is whether or not the mentioned Judy Fältskog is a well known name or not. My best guess is that she is not working at the Seti Institute. Really, the Arecibo Radio Telescope is definitely the largest one in the world, but not the only one of its kind. Also we are having the VLA (or Very Large Array) Radio Telescope which I believe is located in New Mexico. Also other countries are having radio telescopes for making observations of the sky. There is a big radio dish found in the United Kingdom and a similar one located in the Ukraine. Not all telescopes are directly or indirectly being used for the search for extraterrestrial intelligence, however. If you do not mind, is it not the fact that both having an interest as well as knowledge within a subject field makes you better able to explain certain things, especially when they are dealing with the unknown or supposedly being disputed? Take Dr. Eric Korpela for example. He is an astronomer. One of his main research fields in recent times has been the mapping of hydrogen in the Milky Way in order to understand the physical properties and development of our own Milky Way galaxy. Should he or someone else supposed to be an astronomer or astrophysicist engage in the subject of the possible existence of extraterrestrial intelligence? Or should this unsolved mystery perhaps be discussed and studied by someone else instead? Everyone knows that the subject of astronomy is a relevant one. We are still making a distinction between astronomy and astrology, because there are certain fields which are supposed to be of no scientifical value and interest, while other fields again are supposed to be right so. In addition to astronomy including astrobiology, also mathematics and physics are supposed to be relevant subject fields when it comes to science. Therefore dealing with Tarot cards or gambling for that matter is supposed to be of no scientific value at all. In the end, deciding which field of science that are supposed to be of valid interest and scientific value should therefore be decided by the scientists themselves and not necessarily the politicians. Still, there is no secret that also the subject of science also means the subject of politics as well. |

http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=74612&postid=1505768 SciManStev's post in the non-SETI Message Board. Steve, When I launch the Interactive there, when I look at the first three and particularly the second one, this really make a similar contrast to those yellowish pictures which I came across earlier. Right now I do not have these web-links available to me. But these are supposed to be maps in different resolutions showing the possible web-structure or filaments of the universe when we are dealing with large scale structures like galaxy clusters. As far as I know, this is not a visual representation but not based on pure radio mapping either. Definitely the universe blew up when it comes to size, but some symmetries appears to have remained more or less similar from its infancy or creation until this moment. Definitely something very dramatic happened at the very beginning and lasting only a VERY short time. If the Big Bang happened to be a (divine) creation, we may never know how it initially started, only that it ended up being exactly what it is supposed to be based on our current knowledge and understanding. |

I almost forgot about this because of the mentioned connection problem. But here is something strange I noticed. Task 11se09ag.8629.7020.438086664197.12.153_0 Checking my SMV log, the last result line (which was an empty line only when it comes to the scores), the CPU column (which I know does not get it correctly, at least when it comes to the GPU tasks) shows a run time of 3 seconds for this task. The BOINC Manager Event log says that the task ran for 10 seconds. But the strange thing is that apparently I am getting this task once again if I am not wrong. The Transfers box is empty, but the task is now ready to start and as far as I am able to tell, the Manager is not hanging. Also I am able to read in the Event log that the task has been uploaded and assumedly is ready to report. Anyway, while using Notepad to write this, the task now has finished in Boinc Manager after 8 seconds and is now ready to report. But, whether or not that task ran one time, or possibly two times, it ended up in SMV before starting running, at least for the second time. Should I perhaps check the Event log and try to determine whether or not I received this task more than one time (meaning two times). If not, are we perhaps having a server problem once again? Edit: Checked the Event log. This task was downloaded and it ran only once, but it looks to have ended up in SMV before having been run at all. The full task name is 11se09ag.8629.7020.438086664197.12.153_0_0 . Computer is 7138309. This task has not been reported yet. |

It is now past 8 PM on a peaceful Sunday. You may have perhaps heard that 28 is a "perfect number". 2 * 2 * 7 when factored. Therefore, I have the following question for you. What is supposed to be the magic number when it is an odd number (and not even) and also excluding infinity? Right now there are no known primes of the simple form 2^n+1. 2^33554432+1 has three known small factors plus an unknown factor which is the remaining part (or remainder) of some 10100842 digits when it comes to this number. 2^67108864+1 exceeds the 10,000,000 digit Factor Database limit. ...1100089509215379822913519617 Yes! Indeed. I will put these two numbers in my WinPFGW "to do" list. At least I may be able to get a listing of the latter number, but testing it out may become a bit difficult. |

Found this video. http://www.project.nsearch.com/ The second video there, some halfway down the page. Ever heard about Jesus? Below the paragraph "Ron Wyatt finds the Blood of Jesus on the Ark of the Covenant!" I have the video running right now, so I need to stop it to get back to how it looks before being played back. But thinking about it, it really is a fascinating thought. To be more precise. Being so lucky to be having a pretty, but obviously human mother. Also having a father who supposedly was something else... I may possibly have heard about this before. Oh, whack! At least the poor man was able to cry a little bit. |

A little more to add here. A sequence of videos there dealing with the subject of religion and history but wieved from a more or less scientific angle (or at least when it comes to the presentation of the contents). These videos are documentaries where the intended meaning or purpose is rather more by being explicit when it comes to the presentation rather than being implicit. Also some nice music enclosed here with some great color visible as well. Here film was being used and not the standard video tape. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFyiT06pBi8&feature=player_embedded Revealing God's treasure - Ron Wyatt. This video is about finding the Blood of Jesus on the Ark of the Covenant. The logo Arkdisovery.com is visible throughout the video at the lower left. The title of the video is cut a letter or two short at the end when playing it back. Hopefully I get this right, including the web-link. Definitely those who built the pyramids some 5,000 years ago never were able to hear about Jesus. Should we believe history correct, Jesus was actually born some 3,000 years later. Even helicopters and planes supposedly are being depicted in some of the archeological stones that have been discovered. |

Big new telescopes are the ALMA array in Chile with 66 12 meter antennas (25 made in Europe, 25 in USA and 16 Japan) which works in the submillimeter radio range. A new radiotelescope in Italy is the 64 meter Sardinia telescope in Sardinia. Neither of them does any SETI search AFAIK. Tullio |

IRQ's - interrupts, maybe. In this case hardware interrupts. Just a thought. |

I am having running problems right now. Since I pulled one of the two graphics cards and replaced it with a Sound Blaster card instead, things are not working very well. I am experiencing constant system hang and delay. First of all, the software for the Sound Blaster card has not been installed from the CD-ROM yet. One thing that is noticable is that my microphone does not work at all, when plugged in at the front and supposedly working by means of the RealTek drivers (those things that came included with the motherboard). One thing I did when pulling the graphics card was tightening a Bluetooth module (quite good one, it says 3.0 something and is quite large) with a screw towards the motherboard. It sits in a connection socket, but may come loose if not tightened that way. An error box which earlier came up at each boot-up has not been visible recently. I do not have enclosed software for this unit, only relying on the BIOS through possibly existing Windows drivers. I really do not know the purpose of this unit - whether or not it is infrared, wireless, or possibly is doing its thing by means of a cable (USB). If it is USB, then it becomes external, because the two USB-cables that are built into the cabinet probably do not reach this unit. So I am having two antennaes for radio reception lying around which are still unpacked and not tested out. For a good reason maybe. Unless you are having your PC directly connected to a radio dish, you probably need to have a software application for this purpose, something which I do not have. If you are able to provide some tips and thoughts, or maybe some other inside knowledge about this stuff, I would be thankful for any such advice. |

I am wondering a little what would happen if someone pulled a plug on me. Not moderation, really, but something even worse. If I happen to live past 80 years of age, no problem at all. But it may be times where you are saying goodbye because you possibly happened to be someone else than what you really are. More likely, you are not supposed to be living forever. When the day comes and I am not longer here, there will be no more tasks running here and you will need to be looking for someone else. I guess most of the "old" stuff vanished when I left Windows XP for Windows Ultimate. The only thing I know is that we are built for a specific purpose in mind, but that this purpose is not supposed to be a growing process in real life as it currently is working out. So it goes. |

The previous is reminding me of the story which makes me conclude that "back to 26 years of age, or perhaps it is rather 28 instead", is a wish that may never be fulfilled or accomplished. There was a local story about a small child sitting in a wagon last week which reminded me that you in fact are spending a short time of your childlife sitting in such a wagon. It only happens once and then only for a short time. If you happen to be 48, 50, or 52 years of age, are things or conditions supposed to be the same? Probably not so. Your answer may be as follows - please have me excused. Right now I am busy and have work to do. |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dd4MnTOVHF8 If you don't mind - still a quite good one, if you take the time at listening to the subtleties in the music. At 4:17 or 4:18 and thereafter, for example. |
