Nice link but it highlighted a potential major issue...

""A short-lived (up to a week-long) disruption of flows through Ukraine could be comfortably met with gas in storage," Energy Aspects said"

And if longer, a lot longer?

As for Vain Villie being Foreign Secretary, that means little. He didn't do such a good job when he was Opposition Leader and don't forget that Impressions count as you have so politely pointed out to one and all.

As they as they cut beer duty, i don't mind the odd slightly-misguided advert.

Some MP's can't keep their zips closed, others just cannot learn when to keep their mouths shut!

Joyce at it again

Maybe they should get their independence so we can get shot of them!

It's come back to life:

Probability of membership:
Comfortable Nostalgia = 0%
Hard-pressed Anxiety = 1%
Cosmopolitan Critics = 81%
Calm Persistence = 13%
Optimistic Contentment = 5%
Long-term Despair = 0%
Main Segment = Cosmopolitan Critics

Are generally younger, more secular & single, urban-based voters. Usually highly educated, this group worries about growing inequality & the general direction the country is going in. More likely than other groups to be working in the public sector.

I'd agree with that.

Tend to be older, more traditional male voters, often homeowners who have retired. Though mostly financially secure, they dislike the social & cultural changes they see as altering Britain for the worse.

As our resident Lib-Dem politician is on his annual vacation, a reminder for him to either put the radio on or watch BBC 2 on 2nd April.

Clegg/Farage set for EU Radio Debate

...Hold your horses there BBC! Is that two Separate" one hour debates or the same one?

"Following negotiations between the two party leaders and broadcasters, two one-hour debates have been arranged. The first is being broadcast by LBC radio from 19:00 GMT. On 2 April, round two will be televised live at the same time on BBC Two."

If two separate debates with one continuing after the first, what are you afraid of BBC by not allowing them to run consecutively?

P.S. Cleggie should really get a better PR team as most of his photo's show him in a negative light, not good for the party ay cleggie!

But Labour's shadow Cabinet Office minister Jon Ashworth said: "This is a lightweight battle between two men who will never be prime minister."
