Version 3.18 for Power PC iMac G4 Mac OS X 10.3.4 I get the following message when I run the client. I have cut and paste the URL and account ID. How do I proceed? My first guess since you say that you cut and pasted the account ID and URL is to double check and make certain that you didn't paste an extra space or hidden character at the end. I did that at one point and got similar messages. If you are copying from the e-mail message with your ID, try pasting it first into Text Edit, to make sure there are no "hidden" characters or spaces at beginning or end. Then try copying that and pasting it. If all else fails just try typing it in. A bit of an annoyance, but sometimes it works. If that doesn't do the trick, then we'll have to try and figure out the next step. Or it might just mean that the servers are down again too. Of course you could try something radical like um, er changing teams to Team MacNN ;-) Team MacNN |
