38 is not that old. I know someone who had her child at the age of 43. Her daughter has cancer now though but I don't think that has anything to do with the fact her mother was 45 when she had her...

I lived next door to one family that had a son who is afflicted with adhd, but that was a long time ago, I was told their son was a bundle of energy.

I have a mild form of ADHD. I have a short attention span and a tendency to fidget. I've also been told, though not officially diagnosed, that I am slightly Bipolar and mildly OCD. You remember the movie or TV show "The Odd Couple"? That's me - I cycle between being super-fussy Felix Unger and laid-back Oscar Madison.

My Grandparents were afraid before I was born of Me being autistic cause of Moms age, She was 38 back then, but I've never been tested foe autism, I was held back a grade in school and had some early disciplinary problems, but that's it.

We put on the shipping label "Certified dead from the neck up" which seemed to help. Mrs Jones at No.53 wanted to exchange her parcel with next door as she had always wanted a girl not a boy, but we got around that. And the girls still get fan mail to this day.

The only thing on the lunch menu today that wasn't a total turn off was the spaghetti with meatballs, and I had meatballs the last two nights. So I got a salad instead. They charge by the ounce, I know not how much, but with some chicken tenders added on top it came to $9. Yikes!

No, its the ice that's fed to the machines from the plant room.

However you may have come up with a solution to a problem identified by KidzEntz the other day. As you are aware we have a very large ball pit for the kids, but what has transpired is that it is very difficult to get all the kids out at the end of a session. So, why not have the base of the pit a a conveyor belt leading to a sorting grid - ball drop through, kids are retained and presented in "neat" row from which their "responsible adults" can collect them...

As for ice, we've just had to install two more vast industrial machines, one to keep the kids corner supplied, and the other for general use. Those little ones on the bars are actually conveyor fed from the plant room, which is why they keep up with even the heaviest demands....
