Has there been any progress with finding tweaks/optimizations to the database itself to get more I/O out of it? If I remember, that is the main reason for the current WU limits was to keep it from growing too large between the weekly clean-ups.

Do you really expect Eric or Matt to be reading and replying to these boards on a summer Saturday night?
