Release the hounds! It was a Simpsons joke. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Simonator, Sirius doesn't do Simpsons humour. He is into the Burlesque and sophomoric stuff with Mordant/Morbid overtones. See yours isn't on the list...... Just for you |

Mordant: Caustic or biting humor (the word stems from a Latin word meaning “to biteâ€). Not to be confused with morbid humor (see above). Edit: Seems Chris beat me to it. Be fair Simonator, he stepped up to the plate. Touche! The downside of opening multiple tabs. Occasionally, in the time it takes to type a reply, someone else has got there first. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

What lies ahead? "David Cameron was in Cornwall this week, enjoying his fourth holiday of the year." Only 2/3rds of the year gone & 4 holidays already? "For a chilling glimpse of Britain’s possible future, look at the city of Detroit. Once, it was the capital of the world’s car industry, with a happy and settled population and all the trappings of middle-class prosperity, including an opera house, several theatres and a symphony orchestra. Today, with much of the American car industry in ruins, it is a bankrupt, deserted, drug-addled war zone." "Not until 2020 will many people have returned to the level of income and comfort they enjoyed before the financial crisis began." Hmmn, didn't the "Nick & Sirius" show state this long before any so called professional with letters after their name? Poor Samanatha, fancy waking up & seeing Mr Blobby |

Hmmn, didn't the "Nick & Sirius" show state this long before any so called professional with letters after their name? Ay....we did just that. setting a 7pc unemployment trigger before the committee will consider raising interest rates from 0.5pc.... .....oh well, your savings wont be worth much by that time then. The richer are getting richer and the poorer-poorer. And the reason is?....the common working man and the middle classes compound their wealth, how ever large it is, through standard savings schemes that are interest bearing in nature. The rich tend more to be involved in the more speculative investments, hedge funds being one of the biggest here. Over the past six years hedge funds and a-like have done well for the rich where as interest only bearing investments have done badly due to inflation and false low interest rates. So you can see, it's not the rich who are at fault for getting richer and you poorer but the fault of your governments for raping your savings accounts via unrealistic base interest rates. But don't think this is just a ploy only adopted by Conservative governments, it's not, for Socialist governments do it too. ...Stay tuned to the Sirius & Nick show for we tell you how it really is.... ...and it ain't all over yet - not by a long shot. Ah, should you not then tell us how you really think it really is then Chris? That was almost a double negative there so I had to read it twice. Perhaps I shouldn't tell you how I think it really is, but I am also entitled to my opinion as well. Ah, but then you should - should you not.... Well Nick, if you ask me for a straight comment, then I shall say that, as far as I can see, looking at it by and large, taking one thing with another in terms of the average, then in the final analysis it is probably true to say, that at the end of the day, in general terms, you would probably find that, not to put too fine a point on it, there probably isn't much to say one way or the other. As far as I can see, at this stage. "Yes Minister"...er, or should that be, "No Minister"? Forget it Nick. He's been turned completely, definitely a politicial muppet. Never one for giving a straight answer unless it infringes his personality. |

I've called Politicians and Civil Servants, Muppets and Snivel Serpents with also referring to history only for you to castigate my atitude. Also running me down every time I mention WWII. Now you're calling government workers Waffen SS? You written to Putin yet? |

Poor Samanatha, fancy waking up & seeing Mr Blobby He's not looking that bad for 46. My waistline is 42", but i'm also 6'4" and solidly built, so it's all to scale. That's not a good enough excuse for my doctor though, who keeps insisting that at nearly 19 stone i'm too heavy. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

I wouldn't complain waking up next to her! Cheeky! However I concur. Although i do wish the media would stop shortening her name to Sam Cam, which sounds like some niche website. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |
