There is most definitely work available. Have you checked BOINC's Event Log to see if it is requesting work?

I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ANY SETI@HOME APPLICATIONS TO LOAD UP INTO MY BOINC MANAGER. ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE WORKING. IT'S NOT EVEN GIVING ME THE CHOICE TO LOAD ONE UP. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS AND THANK YOU!

If you'd like to help with testing, the beta project URL is http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta. I'm planning to release a new version today that I'm hoping will work on low memory devices. The version that's out in beta now barely works on a 256MB machine.

If the Android version of BOINC tells you that the beta project doesn't support Android, ignore it.

Not sure if that is a good thing. Good for advertising, but maybe not for crunching.
