Yes.

You know I don't personally care. One can take their 14 years-worth of credits and try to buy a cup of coffee and see where that gets them.

My $600 electric bill (last month, one location) is proof positive that credits don't have value; they cost.

You know the "yard stick" I really liked was the number of hours. But, with an hour's worth of work being very different between very different hardware... I don't guess it matters, does it?
