Seems I forgot to mention beer o'clock for Saturday. Didn't forget the beer though :) Been beer-o'clock here all day (it being Saturday) but for some odd reason I'm not in the mood for a beer. Been drinking a 50/50 mix of Lemon-lime Gatorade and CountryTime Lemonade I mix in 1-gallon jugs. Usually have two of those and 1 gallon of plain cold water in the frig. Spent yesterday evening boiling water for a batch of wine. Got enough homebrewed beer stored up to last a couple of months, thought i'd give something stronger a try. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge.

Beer o'clock in 9 hours... I'm in semi-retired status from March until October. If I'm not doing anything that forbids it, I can have a beer with lunch if I choose, so Beer O'clock starts at noon. It has been an exhausting morning here, the local school is having its sports carnival on the oval while the concrete slab has been laid on the vacant block behind me. All this has been going on through the window behind my monitors and has been some what distracting, but sadly the local school must be going downhill as there isn't 1 yummy granny on the oval today. :-( Anyhow all this activity (plus my finishing off 2 new PC's) has made me thirsty for not only a beer or 2, but a change of view also, so I'll just head up the hill 3 doors to the Top Pub and enjoy both there.
