The Beer O'clock here today was on overtime again, but I did get another garden bed thickly mulched (1 bed to go), so it's a well deserved 1. The brewing process takes about a 7 days, bottle and leave to age (I recommend 2 months of aging minimum though longer is better). Cheers. |

Beer o'clock in 9 hours... I'm sorry Julie but that has now finished here, but rum'n'coke time is currently running (I better start thinking about something to eat I guess). [Edit]Your time will be midway through my sleep time. ;-) [/Edit] Cheers. |

I'm counting the seconds, it's so blinking hot! Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Yep, its great here too. After many interruptions, 1 being the weather, I finally got my front garden finished, but the cold beer ran out about an hour ago. :-( So it's rum'n'coke time again. Yeah I've had a week away from the "techy stuff", but that ends tomorrow. Cheers. |

Well, some think that technology and beer are a good mix, sorry I wouldn't agree, CPU's tend not to like having it spilt over them :-) Nor keyboards. Monitors don't seem to mind, but keyboards tend not to react well to liquids of any sort. So I always roll back away from the desk when I take a drink....
