The movie Patton with George C. Scott had the speech the video was taken from.
The mindless ramblings they dubbed over it was what really numbed my brain.

I respect Pattons military expertise, but not his social skills and political views. And some other mindless yo yo dubbing his own over the footage was beyond pathetic.

Nice. It might be hilarious but the underlying fact is....

...It's a lot nearer to the bone than many may realise!

On a sidenote, he provided a good video but could've sync'ed the voice better.
