Name changes are not against the rules. And I agree with that, until it is abused to muddy things up and try to make it difficult to know who said what.

I am not saying that is the case here. Merely making it easier for people to keep track. Feel free to write whatever letters you wish. I am just glad I do not have to read them.

So introduce a new rule stating that user names are not to be changed or make it so that they cannot be changed.

Siriusly.. we are simply attempting to keep track of who is who. Some of the name changes CAN BE attempts to be elusive. The information is public on SETI via the post histories, and no harm is intended nor resulting from trying to keep track of who is who.

We are just trying to help. Is something wrong?
