We did have a minor problem, when one of the beer servers decided to do a coffee as his customer was in a bit of a hurry, and the coffee team was on hand over. resolved that with a bit of a re-scheduling of the handover, now each team does a staggered handover so we are never short of a coffee server (nor are we short of a beer server when they do their handover which is scheduled to end 28.5 minutes before the start of the coffee and other hot beverages handover.
