Congratulations Chris!! You and your team must have many SETI toasters by now... :-)

I'm quite sure Eric has nudged Dr. A :-))) Mind you knowing my luck it will probably be a free copy of After Dark, LOL Toasters

Many thanks for all your good wishes.

I had that once too. There's another I used to have called "Gates does Windows." I searched Youtube for it and found this very different version of it. In the one I had, there were just splotches of dirt and Gates came down on the scaffold with a spray bottle and squeegee and cleaned off the dirt.

Well, the kitties had their day basking in the sun.

Mikeej42 has once again taken the lead. No hard feelings there.

I knew it would not last.....but, at least I can say that for a few moments I was the best at what I do here. With 9 computers, from my home.

I am rather proud of that.

I would not have been able to do that but for the gracious and kind donations from a number of my kind but nameless fellow GPUUG teammates that have so generously contributed hardware to the kitties' cause. I paid the last $690.00 power bill, but they gave me that hardware.

Hot weather coming up in the next day or so. My RAC shall drop.

May make another charge this fall, unless Mikeej42 gets all his school's computers back in the hunt.

It was very nice to have been able to see that milestone just for a day or two.

I wuz top kitty once on Seti. Dang, that is fine to be able to say.

Meowthankyoutomybenefactors.

Congrats Marc and thank you for your dedication to Seti@home.

Unfortunately I lost almost 60 percent of the machines I was using, they are running the tests they were purchased for now. Also I was focusing on getting into the top 40 on Einstein@home since APs are so hard to get these days.

You are a most worthy adversarie.

I have not met one so dedicated to the project as you are for a long time.

I have 9 rigs. All home owned and operated. All are my own builds. I pay for every KWH they use. Every dime.

Not many on the project can claim that. Damn few indeed.
As such, I have a lotta pride in doing what I have done. And I believe that is noteworthy.

Some make ridicule of that. I happen to take it very seriously.

I happen to be one of the only people on the PLANET that can claim what I do.
Perhaps the ONLY one.

And I get a few detractors pissing in the wind at me?
ROFLMAO.......no, that does not bother me much at all.

What DOES piss me off at times is the simple arrogance of some who write me off as a nut case.

They can take their opinions and keep shoving them where the sun don't shine.

This is me. This is what I do.

I have had this passion for 13 years.
I shall probably hold this passion until I die.

One way or the other.........not much is gonna change until either the project passes or I do.

Finally hit 3 mil. But I think I'm going to take a break until I can afford a decent cruncher. My two low power machines have pretty much burned themselves out.

Well, I am nowhere up with the real crunchers, but I did hit 3 million today, a number I am happy to achieve. I do have a feeling that things will pick up soon, when I get a computer from this decade! Congrats to all crunchers, big and not-so-big!
