It's been about 42 years, I only had one once, it was good, that much I do remember.


Good to see the system on line.

Buffalo if not cooked right can be dry since it has little fat so you need to add some, the one I had was perfect.

What I'd eaten was Beefalo, not quite the same as it's a hybrid, between beef and bison, as only water buffalo are buffalo and there are no water buffalo in the US outside of some zoos maybe, as their not native to North America.



I had both, the hybrid was at the Pillips 66 museum in OK. He was trying to make a better beef cow that could withstand drier climates. From my view he made it.

Sure if they sent it frozen Julie. I get stuff from the east coast all the time and comes rock hard to me on the west coast just fine.

That's right, forgot about that...


I buy hot dogs I really like from back home in Niagara Falls and I order about 10 pounds and also horse radish also (some powerful stuff) also other things about once a year. Miller's horse radish is a real wake up call.:) Tie your shoes tight for that one.

Found some horse radish the other day that would knock your shorts off, WOW was that strong. :(O)
