Hmm? Oh yeah, this was my first posting on this forum. Been posting on BOINC fora for a while but apparently not here.
It would appear that you are correct. It is actually the Milkyway stats it's plotting as SETI until the actual Milkyway updated the graph. Obvious now that I look at it right. It isn't actually plotting MW at all for that week until the correction. Is this a known bug? Kind of odd that the client gets confused between projects. The external stats all seem to be correct so it is the client that got them mixed.

This was actually a manually set temperature threshold for the northbridge that got triggered. Recently switched to liquid cooling and am still finding the correct settings for the remaining fans. The machine isn't actually overheating. Still surprised me though.

So my machine shut down the other day due to overheating. I lost all the workunits in progress and waiting. Sucks but nothing I can do. Now I'm looking at the statistics tab and note that I appear to have lost over 11 million SETI credits. Other projects are fine, but this really sucks.

Actually now that I look at it closer the lower value (~9,5 mil) is correct. So why is it claiming that I had over 21 million for a week and suddenly change it's mind. Weird.

Welcome to the forums! Any chance BOINC (or someone) is confusing the Milkyway 21 Mil with the SETI numbers? You can see a history on BOINCStats if you think something is wrong.

For temperature monitoring and control, I recommend TThrottle by eFMer.
