Only works for 100 yards though. Mind you the price is reasonable. |

The emergency services comms didn't work at Kings Cross ... I was there & have a tachograph to prove it. The problem there was that CCC automatically shutdown ALL communication systems, including all landline services. Unfortunately, they forgot to allocate free bandwidth for emergency services as they did for military channels, so not a fault of the comms system itself. |

Not really. most trains & buses are now equipped with radio & CCTV so that negates that. |

I think use of mobiles on public transport has two issues. On short term trips say under 1 hour, there is a case for banning them in some way. On long term trips say of 3 hours there is a case for dedicated areas, on trains anyway, for business use. Bear in mind also so that the universal use of mobiles on tubes, trains, busses etc, will help get faster help and aid in an emergency, that is the plus side. The phenomena of schoolkids shouting down their mobies or someone saying "I'm on a train!" is more of a social issue than anything else. |

pink slime (lean finely textured beef) is still in many fast food burgers. Soft's coming down "hard" on GM products, how long before we become GM humans? GM'd so to perform exactly how our masters wish us too....now there's a thought. Plants today, onto humans tomorrow!!! pink slime (lean finely textured beef) is still in many fast food burgers. An excellent way to pass on mad cow to multitudes at a time. The beef is often genetically modified, growth hormone enhanced, and loaded with antibiotics. Our Coca-cola is produced with Lots of High Fructose Corn Syrups instead of sugar, because it is cheaper. You can pretty much guarantee genetically engineered corn was used in its making. And our "Chips".. (Well we call them "French Fries") are made from probably genetically engineered potatoes deep fried usually in Canola(genetically engineered Rape Seed)Oil. Janice |

Is it just me, or does the idea of a bus driving by and killing your phone service not bother anyone? The effective range of the jammers is only 50 feet & by the time the bus passed you by, it shouldn't be a problem. & to give most people a comfortable journey without having to listen to the constant crap one hears in these conversations just has to be worthwhile. |

Is it just me, or does the idea of a bus driving by and killing your phone service not bother anyone? It only affects phones operating inside the bus.
