Hmm, China has taken a rather broad definition of their 'domestic' sea territory. Ask the Japanese, Philipenes, Vietnam and Indonesia.

They also have a rather board definition of their 'domestic' land territory (Tibet, India, Vietnam).

Of course that is in addition to their rather broad definition of natural resource requirements (Africa, Iran, Burma, Australia, South America).

Add those up and get more than just a bit of what one might well argue is imperialism.

It really would be a strange turn of events if China decides to become an aggressively imperialist nation. I would just hope that their main interest is in peace.

China is becoming worrying upon the world stage, but at present too few people take that view ...

by China upon other countries territories. It wont be long before China does a
deal with Argentina over the Falkland Islands oil. You give us half of it and

You only speak American correctly if you speak it with a northeast Ohio or southeast Michigan accent. Ever notice that every news person on any channel no matter what state you are in always sounds the same. Thats because they are trained to speak like they're from NE Ohio or SE Michigan. Of course some local stations still have a slack jawed yokel for comic relief. The reason is this area seems to have the least accented verbiage of any place in the country. Though when I hear myself I think I'm a bit nasal.

BTW I can order food in french german spanish and not that I'd want it but English as well. Honestly? kidney pie. did the country run out of apples for god sake?

I would think with all the worlds tech copmanies having China make there products, They wouldnt need the US's technology. I would find it hard not to believe that China has taken apart every thing they make to see how it works.

I also think its stupid for the US to be ramping down its space program while China is ramping theres up. Once you loose the people with those skills they are hard to replace. And if you loose the institutional memory, You end up having to relearn things that didnt work.
