Panic! I couldn't see the new panic thread, it had slipped so far down the page. |

...Nortons AV has a 'super utillity' called NPE [Norton Power Examiner] if run it detets an astropluse app as dangerous... Who wants to use Norton in spite of their losing their source codes to the hacker community. :-( __W__ _______________________________________________________________________________ |

Wow........ Don't be mad at the kitties, but Sten, they have amassed a total of 93 Astrokitty WUs...... 86 v6s and also 7 505s........ Meowza! I can't keep them down when I am sleeping, you see. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

Wow........ Time out for the boyz in the barn........LOL. Much needed as of late. Kitties and I get some rest too, not having to tend the farm so much. I don't sleep well when the kitties and I must tender. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

When will the Server status page, receive an update so it also shows Data Distribution State for AP V6? I have a feeling they're leaving it just for v505 to see how many are still floating around. I imagine it won't take but another month or so for there to be hardly any left. Linux laptop: record uptime: 1511d 20h 19m (ended due to the power brick giving-up) |

Well, unless they decide to "free" all those APv5s stuck in validation, we'll be seeing >10k waiting for validation indefinitely. Good point. Once we get down to zero (-ish) 'out in the field', the non-trivial number of 'results returned and awaiting validation' should stick out like a sore enough thumb for the staff to take notice. Ducky promises not to remind them to put AP v6 on the server status page before then. |

Anybody else's pendings gone crazy? I now have 11,005 WUs pending. Seems a bit wild. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." |

Yep, same here. Almost double pendings. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Yep, they're going up here to (I must be partnered with to many slow/casual crunchers ATM). Cheers. |

I'm just waiting on v6 wingmates to hurry up and crunch and report, but they're taking forever. I mean, c'mon.. From assigned to reported, I'm averaging like 26 hours.. can't everyone else do the same? :p Linux laptop: record uptime: 1511d 20h 19m (ended due to the power brick giving-up) |

Okay, so this must be an April Fool's joke (is still April 1st here, and in Berkeley). As of late, B6_P0 has a high likelihood to be 100% blanked, and of course, we all know B3_P1 is like 99% of the time 100% blanked. So I get assigned those today, and I suspend other stuff to get them to run and error out and report so I can get different ones.. and they actually work and crunch. A: Wednesday, about 11:00 CDT, which is when Arkayn started this thread, would be fairly close to the time I drove past the Motomart in Red Bud, Ill. However, needing neither gas nor to pee, and being in rather a hurry to get across the Mississippi before the steam train did, I didn't stop and buy a lottery ticket. :-( B: After it languished for several weeks down as low as ~390 tasks in progress, this morning I was surprised to find my i7 back up to its limit of 800. :-) David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |
