Did Britain cheat? No he didn't, while at a client's yesterday afternoon, I watched it live. His steering went & on the replay, the cameras zoomed in. It was a genuine problem. Not standing up whatsoever for Team GB, but that Gold was deserved & the "claims" of cheating is an insult! ID: 1267170 · |

They don't exactly welcome fair weather friends, any more than China or anyone else does. Since when has any Irishman been a friend to the UK? That "Olde Ingleesh" chesnut comes to mind... "Divide & Conquer" SO this doesn't count then does it? Not standing up whatsoever for Team GB, but that Gold was deserved & the "claims" of cheating is an insult! Now trawl through this thread & show me where the Olympic sportsmen & what they're supposed to stand for is being diminished by me! I castigate your friend, the USA & you castigate me.....it only counts when you do it? Of course they shouldn't, shame on the USA. If you represent your country in the Olympic games, and give your all, after years of training, then return home to get taxed upon your winnings, that is simply despicable. If I was a USA athlete gold medal winner, I'd auction the medal for charity then emigrate. Just WHO is the fair-weather friend here? ID: 1267269 · |

NBC is doing just fine Misfit, you expect too much... Well proof positive NBC is adding their commentary after the fact. Finally it's the weekend and I can watch the events via NBC Live online. No commercials, and no commentary. I just watched May/Walsh knock off the Netherlands in beach volleyball... no TV coverage at all and this is our Team A. NBC couldn't possibly screw up anymore, right? Wrong! Remember the NFL "Heidi" cartoon moment? Well right now my local NBC station is showing a cartoon "Sprout" when the Olympics are supposed to be on.
