Request in the last thread to start a new one.

I see we are getting near the end of our counting. What is your pleasure?

Go for more?
Start over?
Let it die?
Something else?

Hit me.
I used to be a cruncher like you, then I took an arrow to the knee.

Let's extend the count. How about count from 7,001 to 10k?

I was thinking about that as well Carlos.

@Uli-from the vocab thread:
So when are you cruising thru Ca?

I got lost here in Nebraska, stopped to get myself a map, then went the wrong way into Juárez with Maria on my lap.

In other words, I'll be there pretty soon.

I nearly had the same reaction when I found it.

If I can only get past momma to the chicks.

LOL, but as a shamefully low scorer on the vocabulary thread, I feel the need to redeem myself. A baby swan is called a "cygnet". (Thank you EB White's "Trumpet of the Swan")

LOL - only if I cheated! I watched Eric take the test. He really knew everything he said he knew. I called him on a few items I thought he might be bluffing. He knew every answer I called him on.

I pride myself in being a left-hemisphere forward kinda gal. At first I thought I was a good complement to Eric's right-hemisphere approach to life, but over the years I've come to appreciate that he is a pretty darn remarkable guy on both fronts. Good thing I can cook or I'm pretty sure he would have no use for me whatsoever!!!

I am certain he can think of other reasons for keeping you around.

But, who else would decorate the house at Halloween?

Yes, and somebody has to train his raccoons...

Despite her limited vocabulary, she is able to learn most things and is graceful when corrected. There are things she does seem unable to learn. When I request a blonde ale she often returns with a pilsner. A pilsner? With seafood?
