These numbers shown rear the bottom of the 'Computer details' page are used in the calculation,

% of time BOINC is running	61.9202 %

While BOINC running, % of time work is allowed	99.9851 %

The "amount of work" (WU cache) is given in real calendar days.
You don't have to worry when and how you use the computer - BOINC knows/measures it and adapts.

(So for some computers "5 days WU cache" is 1000s of tasks and for some older/slower computers (or computers working for a few hours a day)
the same "5 days WU cache" is just a few tasks (will be downloaded)

How many days do you have selected for the amount of work? My notebook works +- 10 hours a day in 15 days of month, and +- 4h in the others 15 days. How do i set the amount of work ? Ps: 2 cores (of 4) always working at 100% for boinc.
