Lol, I always thought Dull and ID were the same person, so now I am super confused.

Also, I am pretty sure Guy did a full on flounce from the forum, although I have no idea what the events were that led up to that.

..and Sarge?...well he's just plain crazy.

How can Dull and I.D. be the same person. Dull at least sometimes posts a semi-intelligent thought, even if it is heavily biased. I'm not sure that can be said of I.D., all he does is reguritate garbage he read somewhere else.

Is Dull the one that posts in the weird beat poetry style?

Thus, guy is "Number 2."

I trust, therefore, that I have indeed demonstrated, through my own screen name changes, how annoying and ridiculous (pointing to lack of credibility) that the name changes of two others have been?

Govt. to cut welfare benefits for 96% of families
The government has decided to cut public assistance for nearly all households currently on welfare by up to 10 percent.

The government reviewed the welfare system for a draft budget for the new fiscal year starting in April. It plans to slash livelihood assistance for food and utility costs by about 736 million dollars, in stages over 3 years from August.

The Welfare Ministry says that of the reduction amount, a cut of 637 million dollars is the result of deflation after a previous review 5 years ago. It adds that the remainder is due to a difference in spending compared to low-income families.
