Allowing for the fact that we have just had a weekend get in the way, I would hope to see the situation resolved within the next couple of working days. One would have thought RPI had enough clout to have had this sorted by now. Depending on what the problem(s) actually was, it may have been one of the following: (1) Waiting for parts to arrive (2) RPI not authorizing overtime work on weekend, due to a) Low budget b) Low priority - only a science computer center, no lives threatened.
