Well, plenty work, mostly SETI MB (AR=>.36), atleast on my production host. But none are out of work, can't UPLoad, 1 after all, that's all. My LT, other rigs appear to be doing their 'job' ;-) Nothing very unusual for a (long?) weekend, it is here. 11-6-2011 22:16:50 | SETI@home | Project has no tasks available 11-6-2011 22:17:33 | | Suspending computation - CPU is busy 11-6-2011 22:17:53 | | Resuming computation 11-6-2011 22:18:14 | | Suspending computation - CPU is busy 11-6-2011 22:18:24 | | Resuming computation 11-6-2011 22:21:32 | SETI@home | Computation for task 04mr11ag.14820.11928.14.10.68_1 finished 11-6-2011 22:21:32 | climateprediction.net | Restarting task hadcm3n_p7le_1900_40_007227426_0 using hadcm3n version 607 11-6-2011 22:21:34 | SETI@home | Started upload of 04mr11ag.14820.11928.14.10.68_1_0 11-6-2011 22:21:38 | SETI@home | Finished upload of 04mr11ag.14820.11928.14.10.68_1_0 11-6-2011 22:21:53 | SETI@home | Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. 11-6-2011 22:21:53 | SETI@home | Reporting 1 completed tasks, requesting new tasks for CPU 11-6-2011 22:21:56 | SETI@home | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks 11-6-2011 22:21:56 | SETI@home | Project has no tasks available 11-6-2011 22:36:03 | SETI@home | Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. 11-6-2011 22:36:03 | SETI@home | Requesting new tasks for CPU 11-6-2011 22:36:06 | SETI@home | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks 11-6-2011 22:36:06 | SETI@home | Project has no tasks available 11-6-2011 23:03:25 | SETI@home | Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. 11-6-2011 23:03:25 | SETI@home | Requesting new tasks for CPU 11-6-2011 23:03:26 | SETI@home | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks 11-6-2011 23:59:04 | SETI@home | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks 11-6-2011 23:59:04 | SETI@home | Project has no tasks available . ![]() |

I saw the crickets drop off, and I figured it would be a while before I could fill up. I've been busy today, and only checking sporadically, and when I checked, I had downloaded all my wu's. I didn't expect that! That , of course, explains why the crickets dropped off. Piggy is full! Steve PS. We can't ban the duck, as the duck is a really cool symbol that things are working perfectly! Hope our little ducky didn't fall into the abyss there. "Time is simply the mechanism that keeps everything from happening all at once." ![]() |

Thems remote power strips are pretty great aren't they! Only if somebody with authority is online, monitoring and activates the darned thing. No downloads again..... It's not too many computers, it's a lack of circuit breakers for this room. But we can fix it :) |

Thems remote power strips are pretty great aren't they! Must be a problem at your end. Network traffic has been pegged at maximum for over 18 hours now. Plenty of downloads going through, just takes a few attempts for it to happen. Grant Darwin NT |

Not sure what's happening, but the downloads are starting to accumulate. It's taking more & more retries before each Work Unit finally downloads. Grant Darwin NT |

In past .13 and .18 were the ends of the URLs of the both DL server. If it's still the same - now .13 is not reachable. Strange, but the cricket graph show maxed out DL. IIRC, normally it was then max ~ 60 or 80 Mbits/sec. I guess something is wrong with the DL service. [EDIT: Ohh.. now the .13 server send answer. So this DL server have currently a long response time. EDIT#2: Now 3 symptoms alternately.. immediately answer, long response time and not available.] - Best regards! - Sutaru Tsureku, team seti.international founder. - Optimize your PC for higher RAC. - SETI@home needs your help. - ![]() |

Every single download is a shortie. Every single one. Yesterday, as you rightly say, every single newly split task was a shorty - I just saw a very few reissues (_2 and above) of mid-range tasks. This morning, at long last, I've started to see some longer tasks from 08ap11ac and 09ap11ac. There are shorties from those tapes too, so we're not out of the woods yet. But there is just a little bit of variety! |

Yesterday, as you rightly say, every single newly split task was a shorty - I just saw a very few reissues (_2 and above) of mid-range tasks. It didn't last. Results returned per hour is usually around 45,000 to 50,000. It's been above 70,000 for the last couple of days. It's presently just under 85,000- and still climbing. Grant Darwin NT |

Every single download is a shortie. Every single one. I got ~50 midrange WUs yesterday. But i had to retry up to 10 times. Took me 20 hours to downlod 300 units. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |
