Is that the Royal Palace in Honolulu?

I lived in Hawaii for over 10 years (3 tours Navy), that is not the way I remember the Iolani Palace.
The traffic sign at the far left, and what looks like a pine tree in the upper right corner suggest a more northerly, possibly European or Canadian, location.

Yes, it is not the Royal Palace in Honolulu.

No, it is not more northerly. It is not European or Canadian.

Hints for the day.

It is South of Honolulu.

It is not a royal palace or a court.

I took the picture. (there is a list of countries I visited someplace).

Congress?

Edit -> I just reviewed the rules and saw that text searches are allowed on Google Images, so I searched for "historic buildings argentina" and found it. It is the Water Company, but also has a museum inside.

We have a winner.

If text searches of Google Images were not allowed, most of the mystery photos would remain exactly that...

I paid attention in history class and the color of the sandstone was a big clue.

Thank you for the win zehcoutinho

Hopefully this will provide a bit more of a challenge. Where is it and what is it called?

Sorry about the size, enlarge your zoom and it should be ok.
