Splitting stopped... Looks like you were getting prepared to worry for nothing. Someone went & feed it some more tapes. SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the [url=http://tinyurl.com/8y46zvu]BP6/VP6 User Group[ |

Breaking news: ET has been found. No more files being split. Project over. Panic Mode over. Yeah I got the same call, unfortunately we are moving from the "find ET" tapes to the "understand ET" tapes. Splitting should resume sometime in the next 48 hours. Panic Mode can now be called, misunderstanding mode. Traveling through space at ~67,000mph! |

Not a good sign- the MB Assimilator queue continues to grow. Eventually they'll run out of storage apace again. Then everything grinds to a halt. Grant Darwin NT |

Matt's now put some logic into his network/project monitoring code that when the assimilator queue hits a high water mark, it shuts off the ntpckrs and rfis. Claggy |

Currently, 2,755 database queries/second!! WOW. I'm pretty sure I've never seen more. And Jocelyn seems slightly "bored" by the whole thing... :) Martin |

Currently, 2,755 database queries/second!! WOW. That's always a good sign.....now we can all take a collective shy of relief. Before they would go down for something like they did yesterday, and when everything came back up it would take a week to sort through issues of different sorts. lol.
