I was gruff really, it's true, the look of a woman was like looking at wind personified, well, obviously I was still only 5 years old, but, anytime they were near I knew how far away that other language called comedy was, I didn't get it, I mean, what was funny about it telling you to think more, but, hey, they were looking at you as if to say, did you know the last time I had a dinner of grapefruit covered in aubergine cooked in soy sauce with tracing paper scattered on top? And that was when they were younger... So, I started washing my own pants at about 22, you know, clean as a whistle, but, who was listening, no-one was interested in what boxer shorts looked like if they were'rnt silk, I mean, you know it's the stage past when your girlfriend still has those elasticated white sports knickers that she had from about 5 years earlier, but, they look very comfortable, anyway, they were the acceptable ones, but, why do my pants look they way they do at this age? I'm not getting any better at washing my pants, I'm certain i'm the only person getting into them, and hey, when you get to the stage that when you walk along the street and walk past someone and all of a sudden your trousers seem to be to big, but, your pants are not, who does' the washing, and do you really need anything more than the cheap value washing powder, we have a program on television that asks questions and when they are not sure they have the option of ''phoning a friend'', well, do you judge your friends by the washing powder they use when washing their pants? I'm not sure, but, the moral of the story is, who makes the value food? ID: 1114827 · |

One my favourite comedian was Victor Borge Victor Borge was one of my brothers' major clients. I got to meet him several times at several performances. Not only an outstanding showman but just a really nice gentleman. I always enjoyed working his shows for my brother.   ID: 1114833 · |

One my favourite comedian was Victor Borge Victor Borge. Brilliant. A favourite of mine and very under-rated...he was very funny, but, as I recall, never crude. In the UK, the nearest we got to Victor Borge, was probably Eric Morecambe, 40 years ago. Don't take life too seriously, as you'll never come out of it alive! ID: 1115256 · |
