Mark might have to start up a drive for the Server Graphs. They look funny.... they all have lines on them, and the the lines are curvy.

You're not kidding. The result creation looks very bursty. I suppose SETI uptime is bursty too. :|

STILL cannot connect to the scheduler. Been trying for over 1 week now!

Server status is green, so no idea what's still wrong with this.

Bandwidth is maxxed out.......
You will be able to connect sooner or later.

The project has been mostly down for the better part of two weeks.

Thousands of hosts are trying to phone home to report and get work.

Not a problem on your end.

i assume you have rebooted? Sometimes the client gets its lines crossed and will not connect until you reboot etc

i do not think there is a problem (other than congestion) as just got 50 or so units and they are downloading fine at 5-20k a sec

but downloads have been very bursty sometimes its fast sometimes it slow possibly when ap units are being shipped?

the last few are going through now :)

My Quad 8200 takes 18-20 hours to do one AP.

Yours is about 4 hours slower than my Q8200, I usually run around 14-15 hours.
Same app, only difference is I run Win-7 and crunch Milkyway on a ATI HD5830.

My QX6700 B1(Bomber) does a WU in 2-2.5 hours and this is at 2.66GHz.

Just not an AP WU, I clock in around 2-2.5 hours for MB work as well. The GTX460 is running around 11-15 minutes.

The GTX295 kicks two Seti WU's out every 11-21 minutes.

Here in Oz it's about 50/50. Work is being reported and downloaded but it's a hit and miss affair. It took till 00:00 UTC today before all my rigs hit the limit.

I'll second that. Almost all my scheduler requests are disappearing into the ether and time out. Got some work about 5 hours ago and its all done, but can't report and get some more.

Looking at the cricket graphs is not suprising. Poor thing has been maxed out since it came up.

Sad, still rationing work and sending the message that power users are no longer needed...At least it seems that way to me...

Cricket is still pegged at max. DL. It doesn't make sense to raise the limit until it falls off. Besides, the crew probably aren't at the office yet.

I seem to be connecting OK most of the time.....I think all my rigs have downloaded their limits for now.
With all of the downtime recently, it does make sense to try to get some work spread around before allowing much cache filling.
Not sure what the intent is for the outage schedule this week.

I find the same thing. I am at my limits and at work, so when the limits are increased I will only have a few hours this evening to intervene in assisting downloads before the outage tomorrow. It is not easy to fill a cache in that time period. Present limits allow me one day of work. I have no problem crunching another project if I run dry, but I do like SETI best.
