And before you get any ideas, dear, I would veto this idea.

You have veto power???!!!! Who knew?!!!

He could always just refuse to participate.

I like it!!!

I'll propose a measure, say, oh... the purchase of new patio furniture. Discussion will ensue. The critters and I will vote. Eric will abstain. Measure passed. Domestic bliss ensured.

John, you are brilliant!

Better make sure the furniture is Raccoon proof, Plastic wood or Metal and Glass sounds good and It won't need painting.

I think wrought iron might work better.

Wrought Iron has the added feature that it is chew and claw proof.

Just remember that wherever you want to buy patio furniture, I'll be the one that has to drive you there. If we accidentally end up at "Fred's Discount Stuff and Rust Sales," we'll just have to live with what we find there.

Dahling, I've recently discovered this wonderful little invention. It is called "the internet" and it seems that you can (gasp) SHOP there!!!! Who knew that such wonders existed in this sad, bleak world... Surprise, surprise, surprise! It seems that tasteful patio furniture can actually be DELIVERED right to one's back yard! Will wonders never cease???!!!

Sweetums, where did you put the Visa card?

Dang! Left it at work. Did I mention that your computer might be having problems? That's what I get for building it out of parts of SERENDIP II.
