I'm sure this question has been asked a million times already but I can't find a thread. If you play games - yes. ;-) If you crunch CUDA WUs, it would reduce calculation performance. 1 WU/GPU is the best. AFAIK, the new nVIDIA graphic card driver should disable SLI automatically if you crunch CUDA.
