Looks nice Magenta :) I really admire people who can make their own clothes, wish I could do that. Took a sewing coursed once but it didn t last long till I gave up...


I can sew on a button if I take my time and am really, really careful but I wind up with a bunch of little holes in my fingers!

The dress looks great Magenta.

Thanks so much, you are all so kind :-)

The top was made at school out of vintage cream chiffon, it is 2 huge rectangles sewn together at the sides and a strap tied at shoulders...definitely one size fits all...i added the scarf as a belt.

I don't think I'll be modeling it today, but i will email my friend Elle Mac, and ask her to ;-)

@John, the boards are now dark red...so I wouldn't be able to reuse them :-)

Not sure when I'll do it...I have to buy some fabric that will be suitable...and I will try a different 'Shibori' technique.
