This is my third mac mouse to clap out, the scroll balls just give up scrolling. So instead of a wireless mouse I bought a Magic trackpad for the same price. But then I had to update my operating system, update the upgrade and miraculously discover a special download to download to make the stupid thing work. So the time from getting home with the trackpad to getting it to work = 3.5 hours. |

Oh, stop eating chips and mousing with the same hand! Clean the desk too!

Thanks Gary but the Mac mice are different. |

I don't care for that laptop mousepad on laptops, so I'm not sure I'd like the Magic Trackpad. It looks too much like one. My mouse doesn't have any moving parts either, or cords for that matter. And I love it. Anyone know when Miep is coming back? I miss her! PRR #5550 4-4-4-4 |

I've got one that uses a DB-9, one that is DIN9, one that is DIN 4, one that is USB and one that is optical ... Basic cleaning is pretty much the same on all rolling ball mice. Clean the ball, clean the rollers, clean the idler, clean the mousepad twice. DB-9 you say. That would be for the LISA.

And I love it. I think she is very busy after moving back to germany. I too hope she shows up soon. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

After passing bye on a pale ghostly Chris, I wake to a bright cloudless day with wall-to-wall sunshine and no wind. Time to get shaved, dressed and walking with the small pack! It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues
