Thanks Chris. Yeah there's nothing bad in My Credit Report now, Of course the credit score is unknown as TransUnion has said, Of course in My favor is I have no debts and I've never been late on a Rent payment here.

Not being late only helps if your landlord reports to the credit bureaus.

In the past they would report If one had been late, But then not report If You hadn't, In any case I have a paper trail for the rent which includes receipts and bank statements if their really needed, Which they may, As they do direct lending to those with low and very low income and I'm very low income. Also since It's direct there is no down payment and 100% financing, No mortgage insurance and there are a couple other things like them or the bank that one buys the house from pays for all closing costs which is very important, But first things first, I need to get qualified for the mortgage, then I can move on from there.

There fixed, I hope.

I just called the USDA Rural Development office nearby and It seems I may have to pay $28 for them to pull a credit report on Me as the ordinary one is pulling up an unknown statement on the report and the score, Just like the two I did, Otherwise I'm pre-qualified for a $62,000 mortgage. So I'm making progress, The lady at the USDA said She'd call Me back later, At least I don't have to ask for any info as I have a record there already.
