I should at least get a little tag on my sig there that says......
Silly kittyman that believes in the project and rants sometimes about how he loves it to death and then goes off doing something stupid like raising several thousand dollars for the project and then gets disssed by some stupid something or other that doesn't realize he couldn't get a cent out of the effort if he tried.

Of course, I realize that might not fly with the devs.

HEY!!!! Who stole my ampersand???? :-)

OK here it is &
Now can I have my toaster?

I got 76 million kibbles and nobody has sent me so much as a lapel clip......and you want a toaster????

Give me a bit of a rest... but you can always work on a lapel clip design in the mean time.
Where there is a will, Uli will find a way.
Now where is my toaster?

Well...you handled the tshirts......

I have 2 and I luv them very much. Maybe we need a new design for a new donor premium.......maybe bumper stickers saying "I luv Seti........www.seti.com.........

Or toasters.

I think that 'I luv Seti' bumper stickers with the URL might be a good idea........

Helpful hint for next time James: people with homes tend to have more money to rob. ;)

With today's economy the mortgage company gets most of the home owners money, they've already been robbed! The homeless guy, with no house payment, no taxes, food stamps and welfare, probably makes more than most people with full time jobs.

He only gets to keep more of what he does not get.

If I had another serving of what I make that I do not get to take home, I could be quite lavish here.

Christ, just give me the water for free and bill me for all the silly ass excuses that you are tacking on the bill now.

Dear David Hogan,

Thank you for your gift of $10.00 via Visa on 09/25/2010.
You gift was assigned to the following areas:

SETI@home - $10.00

Your confirmation number is:
63195

I can't really afford it, but I figured it was more productive than complaining that the upload server isn't working right now.

Great work to everyone who put me to shame. I appreciate seeing so many people willing to help something that to me is a great educational and research opportunity with so many benefits.

I'd love to see what msattler could do working for NASA! We might be able to colonize Europa with his enthusiasm.

Thanks to him, and everyone who made this thread work. You all inspired me to throw my $10 into the ring.

I hear that Mark. Here in NY they charge more to deliver the electricity than the power you actually use. Say you use $80.00 they slap a $83.00 delivery charge on you. Plus all the tax and fee rippoffs.

OMG......that would sink my Seti ship, as my bills here are running $350.00 to $400.00 a month for the real usage.

So far just what I have running now is costing Me about $90 a month($90.03 this month and $16.52 for gas and this includes heating and cooling), Of course in the winter that will start going down to around $70 or so.
